The Made To Measure Process
The process of a MADE TO MEASURE suit begins with an initial consultation in our showrooms, which will take approx 45 minutes.
MADE TO MEASURE allows a high degree of flexibility and at Leavy Bros our attention to detail and customer service are second to none.
The size of a person is determined by 3 components:
(i) Size
(ii) Drop
(iii) Stature
These 3 components are calculated using 3 physical measurements: Chest Circumference, Waist Circumference and Stature.
During this initial consultation, the customer's measurements are taken and he is guided through our extensive block of cloths, which are of the highest quality and design. The customer can then choose the colour of the suit lining - navy, black, charcoal or brown.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Measurements are then forwarded to our manufacturers in Sicily who make suits in a classic, elegant manner.
The made to measure suit is cut in a highly technical manner; although, from start to finish a talented tailor keeps a watchful eye with needle and thread in his hands, and acts whenever there is need to do so; giving the sartorial touch to the classic Leavy Bros, hand finished, MADE TO MEASURE suit.
FINAL FITTING
Once the finished garment arrives back in Dublin, a single final fitting is required.
Leavy Bros knowledge and experience results in a perfect fitting suit made to our customers exact preferences and requirements.
The measurements are kept on file so that a new order can be placed at anytime.
